Shipping (Nationwide - South Africa Only)

We offer fast, reliable delivery across South Africa. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

Standard shipping is free for orders over R1,500.
A flat rate of R150 applies to orders under R1,500.

In-Store Pickup

Would you prefer to collect your order in person? You’re welcome to pick up your order at our Sandton store during business hours. Select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready — typically within 1 business day.

Note: We do not currently offer international shipping.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery or collection, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Custom, tailored, or altered garments are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item has been received and approved.
Fragrances, undergarments, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
